365 Day Photo Challenge – Day 261

Swimming with Pelicans!

One of my favourite things about Panama and living near the beach is the pelicans. I find them to be such interesting creatures to watch, and love to see them soar only inches above the waves as they coast along the shore. This particular pelican was friendly enough to come and swim near as as we enjoyed a refreshing dip in the Pacific Ocean – it was almost flirting with us!
