There was a tsunami warning today in Panama following a 7.9 earthquake in Costa Rica. Some of us waited with baited breath to have a clearer idea of what and when to expect anything. Thank goodness the warning was cancelled, and no action had to be taken. My heart goes out to those people in Costa Rica affected by the earthquake – I cannot imagine what an unsettling and dangerous experience this would be like. My friends in Christchurch, NZ know that feeling only too well unfortunately. Nevertheless, the stormy sky in today’s photo reflected the feeling in the air – somewhat gloomy and apprehensive. The storm luckily passed us by and we were generally unscathed here in Coronado.
