365 Day Photo Challenge – Day 162

Butterfly Camo

As I pulled back into the carport this morning after finishing up at the local Picasso Organic Market, I noticed a butterfly had landed in the grass just beside the car. I just happened to have my camera sitting on the passenger seat and grabbed it as the butterfly made its way into the closest palm tree for camouflage. It was amazing how the shadows of the palm leaves helped to camouflage the wings of the butterfly. Gorgeous!
