365 Day Photo Challenge – Day 161

This is the razor wire that has been added to the exterior of our neighbour’s house down the street from us here in Coronado. I used to let Jack run loose down our road, and sometimes all the way to the beach if there weren’t many people around. However, the house at the corner has three – yes three rottweilers in their yard. The rotties love to drive Jack, and now Pico (our long-stay visitor), crazy as we pass, and they run up and down the length of the fence barking at each other. About two weeks ago this lovely fence was installed on the outside of their fence, presumably to keep dogs like mine, as well as cats and children away from their dogs. I may be wrong, but what other reason would people actually have to put razor-wire fencing up at the bottom of their fence? I feel sorry for the child or animal who may land in it accidentally! Personally I think this should be against the law, but I think Panama is pretty lax about laws, so I figure there won’t be much done about this. A pity
