365 Day Photo Challenge – Day 160

A visit from Iggy

This little iguana came along to visit as we had a quick dip in the pool today, here in Coronado, Panama. He was sunning himself at the end of the pool deck and we quietly got to take in his vibrant colour, peeling skin and funky-looking feet. I slipped out to grab my camera, and off he went into the closest palm tree to camouflage. I was pleased with this photo that I finally got of him! Thank goodness the dogs were oblivious to him! Such prehistoric creatures they are.
