This afternoon I had the pleasure of having a sneak peak of a new restaurant here in Coronado, Panama called “Mexico Lindo”. This handsome sombrero and blanket hang on the wall at the entrance to the restaurant. We were offered samplings of many of their dishes, and I can honestly say that the food is fantastic – and so are the people who own it! It is owned and operated by a family we met when we first came to Coronado, Jen and Arquelao. We are very excited for them and wish them all the best in this adventurous new path! They hope to be doing their ‘Grand Opening’ later this week and I will share their information on my Facebook.
