This is the bottom of the thatched roof on our bohio – looking upwards. The bohio, in Panama, is the ‘social area’ that is usually adjoined to the pool in the yard. Ours has a hammock hanging in it, along with some exercise equipment. I love spending part of the morning in the bohio’s hammock reading, and catching up with the world. For me, the bohio is the place to be in the warm, breezy mornings – after my walk that is ;-).
