Today I found myself at the Santa Clara Beach once again. I had to take my flat tire to a place in Rio Hato to find out why it went flat, and to get it fixed. Found out it was a leaky valve, which was replaced for – are you ready for this … $1. Our friend Rob Brown (aka Roberto Chocolate of Retirement Detectives) was kind enough to show me where to take the tire, and wait with me all of five minutes or less while it was fixed. Afterwards we went down to the beach for a cold drink and along came a guy with a bird on his shoulder. This little birdie had his wings clipped so he’s not a ‘flight’ risk. He was quite friendly and tolerant as a family full of children each took turns holding, petting and chatting to the little green and yellow guy. I managed to get a couple of decent shots, including this one. Never a boring day in Panama!

Love it!
Love the detail and the colors; I lalmost feel like he is in front of me.
Birds are my favorite subjects, and I really enjoy shooting photos of them and watching someone else’s photos too; you did an awesome job here.
Thank you Pablo 🙂
I tried posting this to my site again – what is the URL so people can visit your photos? Roberto
